1、 G+G glass structure

       We are talking about the G+G structure of capacitive touch screens here, which actually refers to the classification of its structural materials. 1、 G+G glass structure

    We are talking about the G+G structure of capacitive touch screens here, which actually refers to the classification of its structural materials. The first letter represents the material of the lower touch module, while the second letter represents the material of the upper glass cover plate, which is bonded together with optical adhesive. Therefore, the G+G glass structure we refer to is actually a touch module made of lower glass material and an upper tempered glass cover plate. The G+G structure of the capacitive screen has the following advantages: excellent finger touch, smooth and hard finger movement across tempered glass, with a hardness of over 8H, no need to worry about scratches during use, and the flat surface will not sink. It also has strong corrosion resistance and can be easily removed even when in contact with dirt or grease in a timely manner. High transparency, tempered glass has a transmittance of over 90% after certain treatment, and its impact on the screen display effect can be ignored. High stability, tempered glass and touch module are bonded by optical adhesive, resulting in high vacuum and adhesion, which improves the stability and service life of the screen. In addition, there is a G+P structure, which consists of a touch module made of lower glass material and an upper PET film. Different from the G+G structure, the touch screen of the G+P structure has PET material on the surface of the screen that the fingers touch, which has a relatively poor hand feel and low screen hardness. However, its advantage lies in its lower cost. 


2、 AG glass cover plate

       AG glass cover plate, which is a special process for the tempered glass cover plate on the upper layer of the touch screen, has low reflection, reduces environmental light interference and screen reflection, with a transmittance of over 88%, minimizing the impact of the glass cover plate on the clarity of the screen image and meeting the standards of anti glare glass. According to users' requirements for screen clarity, AG glass cover technology is now widely used. For example, in the automotive field, AG glass technology is used for instrument panels and central control screens, which can maintain the color and clarity of the screen in strong light driving environments, reduce reflection, and achieve the best display effect.
