HANGZHOU IDT DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD AG hereby formally issues an End of Life (EOL) Notification for the following product. Please be aware of the phase out schedule or replacement etc. as this notification is effective immediately.

 3. General information 

This EOL notification announces the end of production of the product herein. The process of determining the product discontinuation has been implemented in accordance to the HANGZHOU IDT DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY EOL procedure.

The information about the end of life of a product is usually issued prior to the end of production in order to provide customers using this product the opportunity to take the necessary steps with regards to technical changes, certifications etc. and their purchasing plans. In some cases there is no transition time available due to the immediate change or end of life policy of our suppliers. Users of this discontinued product should review the EOL notification carefully to ensure that final purchases are made within the schedule as defined in section 1 of this document. There is also the rare possibility that the supplier may no longer be able to produce and deliver the full requested EOL quantity, due to unexpected events. As a consequence Xuhong will not be able to support the requested Last Time Buy quantities.

Last Time Buy 

 This is the final date at which orders will be accepted for deliveries of the EOL product. After this date Xuhong AG stops all activities in purchasing component material for further production of the EOL product or purchasing the EOL product itself from other suppliers. Please note that this last time buy date might be some time prior to the official last time buy date of our suppliers, as we have to calculate further internal procedures in between.

Last Time Delivery to Data Modul

After this specific date no more products will be produced and last deliveries will be shipped from the supplier to HANGZHOU IDT DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY.

Last Time Delivery to customer 

After this specific date last time buy quantities will be shipped from Xuhong to the customer in one final shipment. Partial or later shipments will only be possible by separate individual agreements 

Alternative Replacement Product 

Usually Xuhong AG will have a recommendation for an alternative replacement product that should retain the functionality of the original EOL product. This should enable the customer to easily replace the EOL product.

HANGZHOU IDT DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY AG does not guarantee that the recommended alternative replacement product will have exact the same layout, function and/or features of the EOL product. Furthermore Xuhong AG does not ensure that the software or hardware previously used withthe EOL product will be compatible with the newly recommended product.
